Client with a new job? 

We accept income from a day one

At Accord, we're all about our flexible approach and common sense lending. That's why we'll accept income from a new role, as long as your client has a signed contract.

Or, if your client is on a new fixed term contract with at least 12 months remaining we could consider them too.

New Build flats? 

Not just New Build houses..

You'll probably know we lend on New Build houses, but did you know we also lend on flats too up to 85% LTV?  

And, all our New Build offers are valid for 6 months, and can be reissued for a further 6 months. Simply call the underwriter handling the original offer 30 days before it’s due to expire and they will tell you what we need.

A gift from you to your client

The Accord welcome box

Our welcome box is sent as a gift from you to your customer when they take out an Accord mortgage with us. It has no branding and we'll arrange it all on your behalf - so you don't have to do a thing.

We've now reach a new mile stone  and delivered 60,000 boxes to happy first time buyers and home movers.

The 60,000^th box was delivered on behalf of adviser Jack Richardson, at RTA Mortgage and Financial Services Ltd in Ware, Hertfordshire. We've also sent Jack a celebratory hamper to mark the occasion. Jack said:

“I've always thought that the welcome box is a great idea for both us and the customer. The customer feels extra special and we get added recognition as a direct result of using Accord.”
